Executive Director - Administration

Rev. Eric Ezeakachi is a dynamic leader, pastor, and advocate committed to transforming lives through faith, education, and compassionate service. With an MBA and a Master of Social Work (MSW), he combines strategic leadership with a deep understanding of human needs, driving impactful change in spiritual and community contexts. Currently pursuing a Doctorate at Moody Theological Seminary, Rev. Ezeakachi is dedicated to deepening his theological insights and further enriching his Ministry and leadership.

As the Administrative Director of Patmos House Inc., Rev. Ezeakachi oversees a facility dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. His leadership focuses on creating an inclusive, empowering environment that prioritizes dignity, respect, and holistic care for residents.

His key strengths include but are not limited to Faith-Driven Leadership, by Guiding both spiritual and organizational growth with a Christ-centered approach, Community Advocacy where he champions the rights and well-being of people with disabilities through strategic leadership at Patmos House Inc., holistic Ministry through the  Combination of theological depth and practical social work skills to minister effectively across diverse contexts, including education and Mentorship by his passion in equipping others for personal, spiritual, and professional development.

Rev. Eric Ezeakachi’s life and work are driven by a mission to glorify God through servant leadership, transformative Ministry, and advocacy for those in need. Whether in the church, at Patmos House Inc., or in the community, he seeks to be a vessel of restoration and hope, empowering others to fulfill their God-given potential.

Uduak Enyong, (PMHNP, APNP, MSN, BSN, RN).

Director of Nursing. 

Uduak Enyong is a highly skilled and versatile nursing professional with over a decade of extensive clinical and administrative experience, spanning a wide range of healthcare settings. Her expertise covers acute care, psychiatric nursing, personal care advocacy, and more, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to patient care. Uduak’s diverse background has provided her with the ability to adapt seamlessly to various patient needs, from high-intensity critical care environments to the delicate requirements of mental health and long-term care.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Psychiatric Health Nursing, Uduak is dedicated to advancing her knowledge and expertise in mental health care, with a specific focus on innovative treatments and strategies to support individuals with psychiatric conditions. Her commitment to lifelong learning reflects her passion for staying at the forefront of nursing practices and improving patient outcomes. Uduak thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that prioritize patient well-being and recovery.

Throughout her career, Uduak has consistently demonstrated strong leadership abilities, particularly in the areas of staff mentorship, team coordination, and health education. She has played an instrumental role in improving clinical practices, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, he combines operational expertise with a heart for ministry, impacting organizational efficiency and spiritual growth as the Director of Operations at Patmos House Inc. Pastor Humphrey is committed to fostering excellence, compassion, and transformative change in the lives of those he serves.

He imbibes the capacity for operational excellence and is Well-skilled in managing complex operations to deliver efficient and effective services. Multi-talented and multi-skilled. His Leadership and Mentorship prowess are super. He is a compassionate leader who guides teams and mentors’ individuals for personal and spiritual growth. Humphery is a focused patient advocate passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities through innovative programs and resources. He leverages his marketing background to enhance organizational impact and ministry outreach through strategic vision.
